Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer pays the return shipping costs of the return unless you received an incorrect item that differs from your automatic purchase order.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us by email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly. Once return request is accepted, you may mail out your return.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the New England area. Note that there are restrictions on some products and products cannot be shipped to states outside New England. Items can only be shipped to addresses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island. No exceptions. Hats and shirts are mailed separately. Customer pays for return shipping.
When you place an order, we offer a flat rate of $5.00 per order and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping times of the United States Postal Service. Hats and shirts shipped separately. We will provide special shipping for large orders.
